So in case you haven’t seen me around on either MySpace, Facebook, Plurk, or even Twitter (dang I have a lot of social websites, lol!) then you know that David is going for a 6 month deployment in about a week. So more than likely this is his last full weekend with us as a family. His mom, dad, and brother will be coming in on Christmas eve and on Christmas day for both the holiday and to see him off.
Christmas shopping is practically finished, I just have to get a small gift for my MIL and a gift for hubby (my MIL is making me… I wanted to give him coal). Not much to say really which is why I haven’t really blogged 
. I’ve just been preoccupied with Haley’s birthday last month and then Michael’s birthday earlier this month and now Christmas next week… doing a lot of online shopping this year on Amazon.com and let me tell ya, I LOVE that site 
!
Anyhoo, not really looking forward to this deployment (not that anyone can look forward to any of them) because it’s to a country he hasn’t been to yet and quite frankly a little more dangerous :/ Hopefully the kids will adjust accordingly to this like they did the last one. They know their daddy is leaving so there’s not a whole heck of a lot I can say or do at this point except to wait and see how they adjust.
Well, sorry to cut this short but I’ve gotta run and get some stuff for dinner since we’re cooking for some friends of ours, plus I still need to run to the stores and find those gifts 
. Hopefully the time between posts won’t be NEARLY as long as the last one. TTFN!
I’m contemplating putting electric blue thin streaks in it now, lol!!
