Okay so I was gonna post an entry last week… and a couple of times last month, but for some reason or another I didn’t end up doing it. I’d either get side tracked or I’d get out of the mood to do it. Anyhoo, David made it home okay from Iraq and we’re happy as clams to have him home again.

We’ll be traveling up to Virginia for Spring Break to spend time with his family & friends and do our Easter thing up there this year. Sometime during that week we’ll probably be taking a day trip over to Pope AFB/Ft. Bragg (North Carolina) to scope out the military installation and surrounding areas in case we get stationed up there as hubby is wanting to be. He put in his letter/application for an Aerovac position and has given it to his Commander and we’re just waiting for her to forward it on (if she hasn’t already) and wait for it to be approved… anytime after that we should hear about getting orders. Keep your fingers crossed, we’ll have been here 4 years come September… we’re ready to move on to “greener pasture” so to speak, lol.

Tonight we’ll be going to the PTA meeting to watch the Kindergarten classes perform on stage (yup we’ll be taping it, lol), from what I gather they’ll be singing the Air Force song and Proud To Be An American. I’ll let you know how that flows, lol! If we get out before 7pm we’ll swing on over to Haley’s Girl Scout meeting, I wish there was something I could get Michael into but they’re limited to what a 3yr old can do I guess. Anyhoo, sorry I’ve been a bad blogger… gonna try and keep up again. If I get lost though someone might want to send out a search party, lol!!
