Lol, can you tell I’ll be happy when this week is over? Seriously it’s not that things have been bad though, it’s my horrible sleeping pattern that is driving me nuts! I’m running on 2 hours and 40 minutes today and about 5 cups of coffee (yes I stopped drinking this afternoon so I wouldn’t still be wired up tonight)… how long can this sleepless/restlessness last?!

I’m excited for this weekend I’m taking Michael to go see Playhouse Disney Live on Saturday! I couldn’t take Haley since it’s not really her age group/”thing” and she’s already gone to 2 Princesses On Ice shows in the last 2 years, whereas my little squishy hasn’t gone to see anything. He wants mommy time out of the house doing something fun… other than going to the gym, lol. Halo will be hanging out at her friends house while we’re at the show and she seems satisfied with that.

Michael did manage to get his hair cut when the In Law’s visited and now he looks like a little boy again… not so much like a baby, lol. Haley’s been asking me over and over again when she’s gonna get her hair cut. She mentioned wanting it chopped up to her shoulders, I don’t know if I can do it that short lol.

As for me, I have to start training for the Bridge Run coming up in April since I promised my friend Liz I’d do it with her, lol! Other than my crappy sleeping pattern I got sick (I think it was a cold) and have been desperately trying to kick it out of my system… it’s not so bad anymore. Both kids had it and thankfully have gotten it out of their system. I wish some people would take a little more time out for their sick kids instead of sending them to school sick as dogs… they had kids there with 100+ temps and puking and the parents still sent them to school the next day and they still looked like crud

Well, the laundry sounds like it’s almost finished its last cycle, so I’m signing off and heading to what hopefully will be a restful sleep, lol!

Can we say HORRIBLE BLOGGER? Lol, well that’s what I feel like honestly! I think of blogging everyday, but I just can’t get my train of thoughts focused long enough to type anything out? Does this happen to anyone else or is this just me? Argh! Well, I suppose you came here for an update on my dull life, so here ya go, lol.

So last month was HORRID! I mean my stress levels were through the roof and I was quite surprised I didn’t end up with shingles because of it, lol! I was so stressed out with the kids and my lack of sleep wasn’t helping things and then I managed to look at the calendar and wanted to cry… it hadn’t even been a month since David was deployed and I felt I was having a nervous breakdown! I had to keep myself out of my house most of the time so I wouldn’t get depressed along with having my stress. Thank heavens for good friends who were okay with me coming over on almost a daily basis, lol!

This month is getting better now that we’re figuring out our routines and I’m trying to keep the kids preoccupied with things like going to the park, letting Haley walk over to her friends houses and then she’s got Girl Scouts to keep her busy, although I’ll admit now I’m glad we’re done with getting her to reach her personal cookie sale goal… I still have some cookie orders to deliver, but man that first day I had every counter in my kitchen covered in cookie boxes !

I’m still having trouble sleeping, but hopefully we’ll get that little problem under control soon. I’ve got a doctors appointment this afternoon to discuss a sleeping aid for my very restless/sleepless nights. Have I mentioned the laundry issue yet? Lol, I think all of our laundry (clean clothes) has taken up residence on one side of my bed and the rest is still sitting in the baskets they traveled in! I do have mine separated and one of the baskets has the kids clothes folded and separated, now if I could just work myself up to putting the damn things away, lol.

David’s parents will be here this weekend (go ahead and cheer for me, lol) and I’m hoping maybe his dad will take Michael to the barber shop to get his hair cut… the boy is starting to look a little “skaterish” to me now! Every one of hubby’s friends that have seen us keep stating that Michael’s hair is the longest they’ve ever seen it… I know sad right .

Well, I gotta go put more clothes in the wash so it can join the rest of the clothes on the bed later… plus I need to get my workout in before the day escapes me like it tends to do . TTFN, maybe I’ll go find my meme’s or something as a blog filler, lol.
