Okay so I finally managed to change the look to the bloggy, snagged a “widget ready” template from my sis Stephie @ Odd Pixels and used the graphics from Primsical Cuties (who unfortunately doesn’t seem to be online anymore ) to dress up the template. So? What’d ya think? I needed something a little more calming and not so distracting for me. I found some smiley moods that I had saved to a folder from Pure Star and went to link them only to find that the site had vamoosed *pouts*. I also found some smiley moods from my other sis Jenny (formerly Scratchpad Graphix) that she currently has available at her blog (link to the right —>) and now I’m a happy camper cuz I got cute moods instead of the boring standard yellow round moods, lol!

Let’s see what else… oh yes! We bought our very first house at the beginning of Summer or I guess you could say the end of Spring (it bloody well felt like Summer though, lol). So now we’re homeowner’s Loving the privacy of having our own house and not having the yard nazi (the base housing inspector) after us to do our flippin’ yard every 2 days cuz of the rain making the grass grow like weeds. Hubby came home from his deployment and of course life is like it usually is now. The kids are used to the house and the neighborhood pretty much now.

Haley starts school on Monday (2nd grade) at her new school, yes I am a little nervous since she is gonna take the bus to and from there *gulp*. Currently waiting on the school to call and let us know if Michael made it into the Pre-K program or not, they test each 4yr old to see who needs the most help before contacting the family to notify whether their child made it into a class or not, they did the same thing at the last school with Haley also and she didn’t get in until about 2.5 months left of the school year because she was at the bottom of the list and all the slots were taken in the classes. So who knows maybe he will get in or maybe he won’t… if he doesn’t then he’ll just go into Kindergarten next August.

As for me umm… there’s not a whole lot to say at the moment. Depressed because I haven’t seen my family in a long time now and I really miss my family . I’m starting back up at the gym on Tuesday because I figure Monday’s the first day of school and I want to be home in case something happens with Haley or with the school in general. Hopefully there’ll be more of an update on me personally in the next few days or something.

Well gotta go now, I promised a friend I’d come hang out with her for a little while tonight. Thanks for stopping by whoever is still out there lingering, lol!

I promise I’m still around, currently visiting hubby’s family in Virginia for the rest of the week/weekend. I’ll update again very soon, but figured I’d go ahead and drop in this note . TTYAS!
