Current Mood: Loved & Suspicious

So I figured I’d take the time and give some attention to my blog… figured it’d been a little bit since my last post… umm, didn’t realize it had been well OVER a freaking month since my last entry, lol!! Whoa.

Let’s see, first let me explain my mood’s for this post. Suspicious. Why? Because it’s a rare occasion when I get the strong feeling that someone is talking about me and not in a pleasant way… I’m usually right on about it too. Usually it’s someone I call a friend. It’s only happened once in the last 2 years and now me and that “friend” are just acquaintances now. I don’t get into the dramatics that led that person to feel the need to talk trash without once letting me know how they were feeling. Nope, usually it’s behind my back and with a mutual acquaintance. Sad. Get a life or a new hobby girl’s. Your high school days have long passed and yet still you regress and act like immature kids. And you wonder why I don’t hang out with you all. Sorry, but if you’re gonna act like that don’t expect me to “hang out” like before. I’m above that petty shit. Peace out “friend”.

Did anyone watch the UFC 104 fight Saturday night? I did. It was good, but BOY what a shocker the decision on the last fight was. Hubby and I still don’t understand how that decision was unanimous… were the ref’s watching the same fight? Cuz their decision tells me no, lol.

Took the kids to the pumpkin patch about 2 weeks ago. Think we’ll carve the pumpkins this week Can’t wait to take the kids Trick or Treating… the party is afterward and I do plan on taking pics of the kiddo’s in their costumes. Haley chose to go as a vamp. No you won’t see her in a thick layer of white makeup. Michael of course is obsessed with superheroes, so he chose to go as Wolverine this year. No complaints, I love Marvel superheroes the best. The comics are better than the lame cartoon’s that get spun off from the REAL stories though, but whatever. I may or may not wear my costume… still undecided.

I went to Barnes & Noble today to meet up with my friend Staci and grabbed some Starbucks on the way. Picked up a book for Michael, a book for Haley, and a book for myself. If hubby was a reader I would’ve picked something up for him. Alas, he isn’t. So, has anyone read the House Of Night by P.C. & Kristin Cast? I just picked up the first book “Marked”. I’m very umm… leary? of reading these new books lately because I get VERY let down when it doesn’t keep my interest. I read the first 2 books of the Vampire Diaries… *sigh*… THAT was a let down. Seriously, I lost interest at the end of the first book and then by midway through the 2nd one I was FIGHTING to try and finish it, lol! I practically MADE myself open the dang book just to get it done with, the stories are just all over the place and I couldn’t believe these people’s personalities… just ugh.

Ugh, guess I better go clean up a bit and try to run by A.C.Moore, missed my chance this morning cuz I had to run home to get Haley and a certain little boy decided he REALLY needed to use the bathroom. *sigh* When’s my vacation again?

Oh btw… 24 days until NEW MOON hits the theaters!!
